We have used Klecker's for a furnace install, annual maintenance, and for some trouble-shooting and fixing of issues with our system over the years. They have always been responsive and most helpful including talking me through a couple issues by phone so I saved the cost of a visit! I thought for sure I would have to replace my furnace, but after talking to the great folks at klecker's and thier awesome technician who went through the system and we have heat for less than $200They could have just sold me a new one (and I would have bought one) but after our talk they said let us try something first. Great company!!

Our central a/c unit quit on Monday at the house we recently purchased. We did everything we could to assess and fix the issue ourselves but nothing worked. We found Klecker’s service sticker on the unit and decided it was best to call for help. We used the online feature Wednesday night, as they were already closed and we had appointment for 11-1 the next day (Thursday). Our technician, Tom, showed up earlier than the appointment frame, which was amazing. He was very professional, polite, thorough and fast! He analyzed AND fixed our issue before our appointment was even expected to start! They offered great service at a fair price. We will definitely be calling again...read full review
