We had KSR out last week for minor roof repair. This is the 3rd time since 2017. They determined our 20-year roofs may need replacement in 3-4 years, and provided 2 methods, with 2 costs. What an amazing group of people to work with! Kevin & his team have been helping with my roof for over 10 years now. After the last set of storms rolled through, I saw some missing shingles. Kevin came over to inspect within an hour of my initial text to him, and despite being super busy with all of the recent storm clean up - he fixed my roof 24 hours later. He is honest & upfront about pricing - and his prices cannot be beat! There are never any hidden surprises or fees.
