Beth did a great job on my grandma's hair. You just have to kindly tell them what you want. Yes, they will ask for your phone number. That's in case they need to cancel! So don't yell at them for asking.

We went here today for an emergency haircut. My son had a very bad haircut and it badly needed to be fixed. I was calling every hair salon nearby and all was fully booked, except Costcutter in Watertown. Beth, the Salon Manager, took us for a 3:30 appt (I called in at 3pm). Before going to the salon, my son & his dad went to a local hairstylist in another town and my son's hair looks exactly the same when they walked in, maybe just trimmed a little bit and they were charged $20! Beth made sure that my son (a 3yr old) would be comfortable with her first, I appreciate that she took her time to play with him a bit. Omg, I can’t believe my hair looks like this after my visit today!! Who knew thinning my hair out would give me the texture I love. It’s been awhile since I had this great of a cut. Also, the hair dresser was so nice and attentive.
