My stylist, I'm old and can't remember her name, always remembers me, the style I get. She adapted so well to a change I requested and got. For years, it seems, she is welcoming, caring, and such a pleasant lady to have do my hair.

Beth did a great job on my grandma's hair. You just have to kindly tell them what you want. Yes, they will ask for your phone number. That's in case they need to cancel! So don't yell at them for asking.
