Stylist: Nohemi and Shannon are the best!!! Great personality, customer service!!!! They said "Hi" to me instantly when I walked in, that means alot to me! Much better than Great Clips!!!
Beth did a great job on my grandma's hair. You just have to kindly tell them what you want. Yes, they will ask for your phone number. That's in case they need to cancel! So don't yell at them for asking.
We went here today for an emergency haircut. My son had a very bad haircut and it badly needed to be fixed. I was calling every hair salon nearby and all was fully booked, except Costcutter in Watertown. Beth, the Salon Manager, took us for a 3:30 appt (I called in at 3pm). Before going to the salon, my son & his dad went to a local hairstylist in another town and my son's hair looks exactly the same when they walked in, maybe just trimmed a little bit and they were charged $20! Beth made sure that my son (a 3yr old) would be comfortable with her first, I appreciate that she took her time to play with him a bit. When my son's ready to get his hair cut, Beth totally understood what was needed to be done as his haircut was horrible. When she couldn't cut his hair properly because it was my son's first time going to salons and he was moving a lot, Beth gave him a s***** lollipop which my son loved and gave Beth some time to cut his hair more and she did a great job! I was surprised with the result, from a horrible haircut to a really really good one! We never tried this salon before, and trust me, this will be our go-to salon now! Beth was very accommodating, the salon was clean, and Beth was great at doing her job! I highly recommend her services!!!
