“I took my doodle(who has gone here since puppy) in for a bad paw due to him chewing it, due to allergies or sensitivities. He was examined and I was told he has an infected paw. Antibiotics and medicated wipes were prescribed. I get the bill and the antibiotic was $92. I'm disappointed that BVV didn't let me know ahead of time the high cost. The wipes I could have gotten retail for less than half the $30 they cost me. As for the wipes, they should give the client the choice to get them on their own. The total bill was $200. Seems high to me.“

“Dr Miller and her staff are the kindest, most compassionate vet and techs I've ever had. They made the experience of palliative care for my dog, Angel one of reassurance and strong team support. I only wish I had discovered Dr. Miller and team when I adopted my older girl. Dr. Miller is a holistic vet, specializing in nutrition, which is why I sought her expertise.

Yesterday, my girl earned her wings, and I'm grateful for Dr. Miller and Michelle's guidance, understanding, and thorough explanation of the process, and for allowing me to spend as long as I wanted with my baby.
