The crew started and finished the project all the same day, making a badly pitted floor look brand new. The project manager recommended having the base sidewalls done as well, which was an extra charge, but it truly completed the entire floor. Even after three months of winter, the look still amazes customers daily. Twisted Floors did what was thought impossible for a 53-year-old concrete floor covered in carpet since the 80s. The polished concrete looks incredible. A commercial kitchen floor was meticulously prepped for an epoxy coating system that turned out perfect. The owner is honest and does things right. Customers had a good experience with competitive pricing and good communications. Precautions were taken with the install when the weather turned sketchy. The end product looks great, and customers wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They are super pleased with their floor and highly recommend Twisted Floors.
Twisted Floors did a great job for us for a laundry room concrete floor. Tom and Dominic worked very hard during the 'polar vortex' when the weather outside was just bitter cold, and I never heard them complain at all. Highly recommend.
We absolutely love our garage floor. It turned out exactly as we had hoped. From the consultation with our rep to the day the crew came to do start and finish our project (all the same day) Twisted Floors delivered on their promise of making our badly pitted floor look brand new. Due to the pitch of the floor we received a call from the project manager recommending having the base sidewalls done as well. This was not included in our original proposal so we knew there would be an extra charge for this service. We agreed to have it done and we are so glad we did. It truly completed the entire floor. Twisted Floors did what I thought was impossible for a 53 year old concrete floor that was covered in carpet since the 80s. The polished concrete looks so incredible. And my commercial kitchen floor on the second floor was meticulously prepped for an epoxy coating system that turned out perfect. Trevin, the owner, is honest and does things right. I’m glad I went with them to do the floors in the future home of my chocolate company.
