Jim visited our house to repair several carpet patches that were damaged by our puppy. He was very responsive to our inquiry and was able to fit us in promptly. Couldn't be more satisfied with the work and highly recommend using Shroats for any repairs.

Jim came out and stretched out a carpet that was installed by someone else who did a poor job. Jim got the carpet fixed and done right and cleaned a few rooms as well. It’s obvious he knew what he was doing and was very experienced. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jim.
