Reviews indicate that experiences can be "hit or miss." While some stylists are described as great and talented, providing wonderful experiences and making customers happy with their haircuts, other visits have resulted in the "worst haircut" due to unevenness and length discrepancies. Some customers specifically recommend asking for certain stylists. The service is noted as "very cheap."
I felt very uncomfortable with the person cutting my hair and me facing the customers in waiting instead of the mirror. The whole hair cut was done and you have monies how it’s going. I also asked if my eye glasses can be put on the table and she refused and said hold it yourself.
Very hit or miss. Alyssa we have been with twice and has been great.
The last time we went, it was two people ive never seen before and by far its the worst haircut I've ever seen.
It was super uneven with terrible length discrepancies.
So I recommend you do not go without asking for her specifically.
Plus side, very cheap.
I had such a wonderful experience with Maddy! She did my haircut and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She really took her time to listen to what I wanted, made sure I felt comfortable, and gave me great suggestions that fit my style. On top of being so talented, she has such a kind and genuine personality that makes the whole experience enjoyable. I left not only loving my haircut but also feeling more confident. Thank you, Maddy you’re amazing at what you do! I hope shes there the next time I come back!
