My first impression of the place was very good:
The doctor, being very thorough and explaining all of the details of my eyes….
But then I’m starting to think that the office help was being shady with me and my daughter.
We were charged an extra $39 on the bill, and I know that my insurance covers all of the exams. But was charged for having the photo done on her eyes, instead of drops.
I then spoke with my daughter again and she said that she was never given the option for the drops or anything, and was charged that extra amount.
Even after I confronted them on this issue and they denied it.

Such a wonderful eye center. Dr. Zach Thomason was a delight, and very knowledgeable and took great care and time explaining each step of the exam and what they look for. Front desk staff is very nice as well. Good selection of eyewear as well. Highly recommend.
