I was welcomed into the Syndacite family, coming from a several years long hiatus of working out. I felt confident knowing that whichever coach was leading the Workout of the day, I’d be in good hands. Each coach has taken time to recommend scaled versions of each movement and encouragement to push myself. I’m happy to have taken the leap into the CrossFit community.
Absolutely great gym! Very clean and organized which is appreciated. Every workout can be scaled to something beginner friendly but if you’re an advanced CrossFitter they got you covered too. I came into this gym with absolutely no idea on how to do Olympic lifts but with the help of the coaches I became fairly confident with the movements in a short period of time. If you want a well-rounded fitness regime that comes with a community of people that want to see win, this is the place for you.
I am new to CrossFit and I have to say joining this gym has been the best decision ever. Coaches are amazing and the community is so encouraging and supportive. Couldn’t ask for better from a facility. Thank you!
