Amazing place to get the best workout.. judgement free, welcoming members and staff, super clean place to do some cleans 💪🏽 🏋🏽♀️ Highly recommended for beginners and experienced crossfitters!!
I have been going to CrossFit Syndicate for a year now. The people here have a passion for being better humans. The owners and the coaches and the people who attend classes all do this. The passion isn't just to make themselves physically better, it's to make themselves better in all aspects of life, volunteering, helping others, just being kind to those around you. I see more selflessness and kindness at this gym than I see in many other places. This place will push you physically and the people will inspire you to be a better human. CrossFit Syndicate will push you to do the hard things.
If you are looking for a gym where you can be your true self, feel encouraged, and feel successful, this is it! I’d never picked up a barbell in my life until joining, and every single coach has worked with me on learning correct technique, and have helped with anything they could during the workout. I always joked that I would NEVER be one of those “CrossFit people,” and here I am loving it! 😅
