I had made an appt for my 10 yr old daughter for a hair cut. I, embarrassingly had to bring Meika tho her appt with such severe tangles that looked like dreadlocks that when I tried to de-tangle that I literally got no where. Carol got that tangle out in less than 10 minutes without pulling on my daughter's hair hurting her. I was in complete awe. Both our hair cuts were excellent as well.
