I had to find a vet after moving to the area. Dr. Roy and Dr. Ward were referred to me by my current vet. I took my dogs in for an initial visit, and Dr. Roy spent a lot of time going over each dog, and she answered all questions I had regarding other services in the area, and provided follow up information as well. We are off to a good start!

I have been taking my animals to Geneva Lakes Animal Hospital for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. From the minute you walk through the front doors you’re greeted by smiling faces and kind interactions. All of the vets are incredible and actually listen to you. We see Dr. Roy and have nothing but high praises, but throughout the years we have had to occasionally see other vets, and every single one is also nice, professional and welcoming. I’d never go anywhere else.

Dr. Roy and the entire team are a personable, caring group. My cat’s appointment was for a routine wellness check and Dr. Roy was very thorough in discussing diet, exercise and general care. I highly recommend Geneva Lakes Animal Hospital.
