Therapeutic yoga is a great way to work on breathing, balance and flexibility. Marie adapts and accommodates to individual needs. Her explanations of not only how to do the poses, but why, are enlightening.

A great place to do yoga whether you are experienced with yoga or fairly new. Love the atmosphere, the instructors, and the music. I travel and this is the place to go if you are anywhere near Wales, Wisconsin.
