I took the Reiki level 1 and 2 certification with Jen Kroll. She was very informative. I loved taking the classes. She has great energy and she's so nice. Takes her time and talks you through everything. She still answers my random questions if something pops up because I have a bad memory. She's just overall a great Reiki Master and teacher. I'm hoping to do my Reiki Master certification with her some day as well.
Walking into the suite, Nellie was waiting for me and warmly welcomed me. Though I didn't spend time in the waiting room, the appearance was calm, soothing, and inviting. We immediately went back to the massage room, which was equally welcoming, peaceful, and relaxing. Nellie reviewed the plan for our session and ensured my understanding of Reiki as well as how she incorporated it in the massage. She clarified my preferences related to massage before we began. The monthly Resets are a must! I went on to Fire & Light sessions, which are equally amazing! Cannot say enough good things about Joelle, Kelly, & Jen Kroll. These ladies are the real deal!
