As the person that was a tenant of the property. They did a great job, it looks amazing. BUT I have to give a 3 stars they show up significantly ahead of schedule which you aren’t prepared for, act like no one lived in the home, made no steps for me so kids and I had to crawl out a window, filled out my personal garbage half full with debris, left old materials behind and concrete and sadly left the basement dirty. So it was kind of a stressful process on top of the situation at hand ☹️ I have to be honest to let others know, sorry!

I am a Realtor in the Fox Valley Area and I have referred Deerview Construction to several clients throughout the years. I currently had to have a foundation corrected on one of my own properties. Brad was quick to come out and put an estimate together and educate me on what I needed to do to prepare for the work to be done. Bob was able to get us on the schedule and all work completed within 2 weeks! The pricing was unbeatable and the work was done well and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend calling Deerview with your foundation concerns!

Bob at Deerview Construction went the extra mile to make sure that the foundation work he did on our house was performing and holding up well even though he had done the original work for the previous owners. The original work he had done was on the east wall of the house and we were having some water issues just around the corner on the south side. He was extremely responsive to our concerns and came out personally to talk with us and look at the issues. His crew came out in a timely manner and were extremely professional and efficient.
