I recently moved and this gym beats out the "big city" anytimes in Denver. It has good variety in selection of equipment, always clean as a whistle, polite staff, and quiet patrons.
Great place to workout. Gym is very clean and well equipped. The people and staff are very friendly and helpful. I am a senior and feel it is important to exercise in order to enjoy life with family and friends.
