Regardless of what some of the public thinks there ARE CNAs & Nurses that are working at the Veteran's home because we actually care about our Vets!! Alot of times we're the ONLY people that our members interact with and see on a daily. I feel that we don't get nearly enough credit for doing what we do!

The Staffis Somewhat Friendly. They are Only Somewhat Helpful. As With any Government Agency they do What they Want realizing there is Very Little in the Line.Of Accountability.Keep This in Mind When You Deal With Them.
Make sure you don’t get Anne Sclemgen. She falsifies records and is very unethical. She has past complaints. I’d recommend recording your encounter. Make sure you are looking at your myhealthevette because she lies to lower disability and makes 300k a year doing it. Avoid at all costs.
