09/29/2022 and 10/01/2022.... I can't give enough thanks to Tiffany at Union Grove Floral. Thank you for coming to the rescue last minute for a corsage and boutonniere ordered on Thursday afternoon, 09/29/2022, needed for Saturday 10/01/2022. Tiffany not only accommodated my order, but was kind when she heard of my experience at another florist. Thank you again for doing what you do, and creating flowers for homecoming.

First my dad called to get flowers for my mom for their 30th anniversary. They said they couldn’t do it they were no longer taking delivery orders for the day. This was around 12:30. So it told him no problem that’s understandable I’ll go in and pick up an arrangement and drop it off for him. So I go in with my two toddlers in tow stand at the floral desk only to be ignored. Then I ask the lady handling the mums if she’s the florist. She says yes but I don’t have time to help you. I have a delivery to do. And an order that came in. I told her I just needed some flowers to be put in a vase. She wouldn’t do it. Please don’t advertise that you are a full service...read full review

Cassity went above and beyond to educate and help me through my first plant purchase! I traveled out of my way to UG Floral because I knew she'd be able to answer all my questions - well worth the drive! I ended up leaving with 3 different plants and she took time to teach me how to care for them and what to expect later when they grow. Couldn't be happier!
