Dr Laurie is wonderful. For the most part her staff is great. One thing I did not like was a receptionist making personal appointments on her personal phone at the desk. She was very loud, I don't feel that should be allowed while working.
Dr. Potratz is amazing simply put! She is attentive, caring and helpful. She always listens to my concerns and provides feedback with the utmost of detail. I can't thank her enough for her highest level of care in all that she does!
Dr. Laurie and her MA Corry are the best! As a team they are knowledgeable, thoughtful, willing to go the extra mile for their patients when needed. If I could give them six stars I would!
