It's a great gym with pretty decent equipment. My two problems is a week pass is 40 bucks which is rly high and they don't have any lifting straps. It was convenient for me tho and their wasn't another one close.
Manager was super efficient and adapted membership needs.Would give 5 stairs if more equipment/different brand but realize I'm hard-core with my workouts. Gym does get the job done for basic fitness needs.Have 6 locations now too so they're growing quickly! Equipment clean and maintained as staff has cleaners even throughout all the regulation inconsistencies; good work.
Since the area has pretty limited options, the gym does fit the bill in a lot of areas. However, there’s some room for growth. The machines are older and outdated and not all of their functions work. Once you know their “quirks” well enough you can find a machine that usually meets most of your needs. It’s usually pretty quiet, especially in the early morning, so that’s nice if you prefer to work out alone. The tanning bed is also older and hasn’t had new bulbs in well over a year and often it doesn’t shut off at the time it’s supposed to—there is a sign detailing this, but it is still an extra “quirk” to remember to set an alarm for.
