My AC went out (or so I thought) during the recent heat wave, I called and had a tech call me back within minutes, he was at my house in less than a half an hour and discovered the Xcel energy saver had malfunctioned. Had my unit up and running in minutes and even cleaned it while he was here! Thank you for the great service!!
although the service was extrordinary, I appreciated his empathy. he cared about his customer. way to go Wade!
