VERY unorganized. I caught them in lies multiple times. I had to take work off on 3 different occasions just to make sure the job was going to get finished. They would tell me they were going to show up and never did. After final payment they contacted me multiple times saying the cant see it, i had to send them a screenshot of my bank account to prove it had been withdrawn. Very unpleasant to deal with.The end product tuned out very nice.Update: Owner called and we had a conversation and expressed his sympathy and assured me that the company strives for customer care and service. He was very generous and would be making sure this doesn't happen again.Services: Installation

Denny’s came by when my boiler failed in December and was able to get it working again. He told me that the furnace had some leaks and other issues and would require a more extensive repair to stop the issues from happening again. Dennis suggested that he does a whole new installation under warranty and it’s been working great since then. I’m planning on having him come by this spring to install an AC unit when he’s available. Excellent service, no issues with installation and he was very courteous and professional with getting my issue resolved. I’d highly recommend him.
