They listen & give you input & are not rude. I took my 9 y/o niece & she had tips put on & they did an amazing job with her little fingers & we’re so nice to her. They don’t rush you along & don’t take forever either. Very attentive to detail. When you go up to pay & actually feel good about it, that speaks volumes. I love this place!“

“I usually don’t leave reviews, BUT I think it’s important to give credit when credit is due. I went to nail lounge when I couldn’t get in to the nail salon I usually go to. I didn’t have an appointment but gambled that I could get in. By chance there was one woman that was just about to leave but stay to do my nails. Vanh was the nicest, most gentle person to ever do my nails. I loved the color that was on her nails, she immediately knew the name of the color and so I chose that color also. She was extremely personable and friendly. The salon was very clean and I saw them cleaning things and sanitizing as they used, namely, the LED lights to dry your nails. In all of the years I’ve gotten my nails done. I have never once seen a salon clean the nail dryer. I will definitely be back based on their wonderful customer service, and cleanliness!!
