Ended up having something go wrong with both my fur babies (bunny and kitty) in the same week and they were able to get me an appointment within the same day both times!! all the staff I met was great and the techs/drs made sure my fur babies were taken care of properly. definitely recommend.

I've been taking my pets here for years and I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Mackenzie. I've had Dr. Emily the last 2 visits and I can not say enough good things about her. I had to take my dog in for some urinary issues yesterday and she noticed how nervous he was and instead of putting him on the exam table and stressing him out even more, she got down to his level, knelt down on the ground and examined him from there. That spoke volumes to me about the kind of vet and person that she is. I know how much I appreciated seeing that and I know how appreciative my pup was that he didn't have to go onto that "scary table". She explains things in SO much detail...read full review

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Everyone here is very caring and professional, and Dr. Mackenzie is phenomenal. I brought my sick rabbit in, and Dr. Mackenzie put me at ease. She explained everything she was doing, and broke it down in terms I could understand. I will definitely start bringing both my rabbits here!
