Nate pumped out my tank and took the time to do the little things like being extra careful with any discharge drooling on the ground. Anyone can pump your tank, but not with any more care, there's more to it than just pumping and Mr Biffy knows that and does a 100 percent job. Also Mr Biffy is a family owned local business. They simply care and you will won't be disappointed!!!!!! .

100% recommend Mr. Biffy if you need septic or biffy services! I've used them a couple times now for bigger projects that required us to get biffies each time and each time the process was smooth – from the first call to the front desk, to the order and delivery, to the cleanings (which were always great- they were left super clean and smelling great), and to the pick up of the unit there was never an issue. Travis and Alecia are so nice and so easy to work with!

We had an excellent experience with this company! They gave us a weekend at the cabin that was relaxing and comfortable. Alecea was especially wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure we would receive service even when they were tight in time. Huge thank you to all.
