What a great crew! Garrett was really nice, he and Brett were working with the insurance company to get everything straightened out after my car was vandalized. Lyndsey is absolutely phenomenal to work with in the service department. She is honest, friendly and detail oriented. Most of all she is consistent with communication, follow ups, and knowing who you are. She’s a difference maker in not going elsewhere! I was visiting my son in Duluth and was just about ready to begin my trip home when suddenly, several warning lights came on in my car. I called Kari Toyota just minutes before closing, and they waited for me and diagnosed my problem immediately. Twenty minutes later, I was back on the road and made it safely home to the Cities.They also already had a rental car ready for me in case we wouldn't be able to fix things right away, because I explained to them I HAD to make it home that night. Thankfully, I didn't need it. :)Amazing, friendly, and above all super COMPETENT service!!
