I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lance. I actually found him at another shop many years ago and was sad when I moved and it was no longer convenient. Then I heard he left that shop as well. See, I have Trichotillomania which has left me with no eyelashes. This condition has made me very self conscious and embarrassed. I’ve always dreaded having someone look at my eyes so closely so I haven’t had regular exams. Until I met Dr. Lance and when I mentioned it, he expressed zero judgment and total understanding. I “sprung” my glasses and needed them repaired, but also needed a second pair in case of emergency. Since my script was on file Jenna was able to order a second pair & fix my first pair. And she was so efficient I was in and out in under 15 minutes. True customer service and such a relief. :)
