Rampart Xtreme has been a pleasure to work with. Joe and Jake were both able to stop out multiple times to help me navigate an insurance claim for hail damage as well as make some small adjustments I needed to complete a solar install afterwards. They've been responsive and available for any follow-up questions as well.
The crew showed up exactly when planned and left with hardly a trace. Roof and gutters look flawless.
Had wind and hail damage to my home in 2025. Insurance company said only needs 7 shingles and air vents on roof replaced. Contacted Rampart Xtreme and Jake came out. He showed me the amount of damage done and dealt with the insurance company, so I did not have to. End result after the insurance company came out for a 2nd inspection with Jake present. The insurance company agreed to all new roofs (I have 4) and all new siding (my main house and detached garage). Jake and Joe did such a great job, they wrap my garage doors, install 2 new windows on the front of the house, install a walk-in garage door and gate to the backyard. Joe and team were so very helpful! I needed some repairs, and Joe got my whole roof covered with my insurance. Very thankful that my friend recommended him to me, and highly recommend to others.
