Our son died unexpectedly, so we reached out to Cress. We met with Jessica, who went above and beyond to make sure our son's final wishes were granted. He was cared for by staff for two weeks before burial and our family was able to visit with him before saying our final goodbyes. Everyone was so empathetic, kind, and caring. Many hugs were shared.
Quite unimpressed with these folks. They took an inappropriately long time to cremate the body, were expensive, and the guys who came to the actual funeral weren't very friendly.

Mom was absolutely beautiful, the visitation while hard was what we needed, the graveside service, everything Dan and the Cress staff did was nothing short of WONDERFUL! We could not have been in better hands. You all jumped to help us when we needed it. Thank you so much!!!
