I’ve been going to Chalet for going on 2 yrs. They are very kind and understanding. Last year I lost my puppy Bella unexpectedly. When I found my puppy unresponsive I rushed into chalet and they tried their best to save her. They were so empathetic and tried to console me. Obviously I was a wreck but they did their best to help me with her loss even gave me and my sons paw prints of my Bella. They are awesome . Now they see my 2 puppy’s and still the best with them.
We've gone to Chalet since moving to Stoughton in 2019 and have zero complaints. The staff are always helpful, the doctors hear your concerns without trying to force any treatment plans on you, and they've squeezed us in for a more urgent matter when we needed it most. Plus there are always vet pets hanging around for you to interact with while you wait. Two thumbs up!
This was our first time to visit Chalet Veterinary Clinic. Lucky was seen promptly by a very friendly staff. We will continue to visit this business to address our dog’s needs. Thank you.
