“I had bottom eyeliner tattooed about 18 years ago and it was faded to the point of a reddish color. I considered having it removed but still wanted new eyeliner. I was able to forego the removal and Nida covered it up and made it look brand new! I am 57 and have the normal aging wrinkles under my eyes. But Nida did an excellent job and it looks fantastic!
