Our technician was excellent! He did a very good job trying to get rid of my ants. He spent a lot of time trying to explain things to me. He seemed very thorough with the entire job. I feel pretty confident he has eliminated the problem. There was no charge as this was a call back after three weeks. Thanks.

We had a appointment made by your side we were not able to be here for, made another appointment that you cancelled tried to use your automated answering system, that was more frustrating than helpful but after 4 calls were able to reschedule an appointment, when he got here he asked what the recall was for, I thought it was the monthly service but other than that everything is good

Eric came out to take of our lawn. We had missed our first application, due to rain. He introduced himself. Very kind and knowledgeable. Eric, tended to the lawn. Took pictures along the way. Also, received a text message letting me know he was on his way. Looking forward to see if the pest will stay away.
