Our service from Aptive has been top notch! The service technicians are so friendly and helpful. I love that I get a summary of services after each visit. The summary includes pictures of the work completed. Plus the mosquitos have been much better after each visit.
I wasn’t home at the time, but I believe it was primarily for mosquito control. We have not had a problem so far this summer. Unfortunately, yesterday we discovered some sort of wasp nest in an overhead tarp that we pull over our deck for sun protection. So, asking for your technician to come back please to remove that as soon as possible.
Aaron did a great job. He texted me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he asked if there were any issues. He then reviewed what he was going to do. When he was done, he let me know he completed the treatment. He was friendly and polite.
