Sterling Optical came to the rescue after I dropped my prescription sunglasses and scratched the lenses. They were able to replace the lenses and even tinted them (I didn’t know that was possible). The entire process was a breeze thanks to Melissa. She was incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to Morgan, too, as she made my lenses. This team rocks and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable and friendly team to visit Sterling Optical.
Everything went beautifully. I made an appointment and also asked to be put on a cancellation list. I received a call, they had an opening and I got in earlier then expected. Everybody was great! From front of the office staff to Verity who did the preliminary exam, to Dr. Ozanne, OD who executed the exam to tRandy and Denise, they all were very professional and knowledgable. I could not be happier with the entire experience. And the frame selection was bigger, newer and better then expected. Thank you to all at SterlingOptical Stevens-Point!
I have been with Sterling Optical for probably 15 years, at least, for vision care. Anne is my absolute favorite staff member there. She is honest, fun, very knowledgeable and takes the time needed to make sure I'm happy with my choice of eyewear. She has a knack for finding the most unexpected pair that everyone seems to love. They are not something I would normally be drawn to. The color is new for me too. My new glasses are just plain "fun." I needed that. Anne explains insurance benefits with ease. She made the experience a joy. I look forward to working with Anne again. She gives the best customer service in a very demanding, busy office.
