First Time Experience today as we had returned to the area. My husband Ron had a very pleasant and professional eye exam with the doctor and assistant, and Anne who assisted us with the frame choice and insurance was phenomenal! Thank you Anne! Sterling surpassed our expectations.
Everyone at Sterling Optical is very friendly and personable. We have to give a special shout out to Anne for going above and beyond helping both my husband and myself pick out frames, and determine our best bang for our buck with our insurance.
Sterling Optical came to the rescue after I dropped my prescription sunglasses and scratched the lenses. They were able to replace the lenses and even tinted them (I didn’t know that was possible). The entire process was a breeze thanks to Melissa. She was incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to Morgan, too, as she made my lenses. This team rocks and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable and friendly team to visit Sterling Optical.
