I came in this Monday in an urgent care appointment with my dog Athena who was having issues breathing. Shelia was very kind and considerate and listened to everything I said that was going on and asked follow up questions to help better understand things. She was very gentle with Athena when checking her over and was a joy to work with. My wife brought our dog in for a nail trim after being turned away by two groomers. My wife had already given our dog trazodone to calm her and didn’t want to waste the opportunity. The staff are always friendly and helpful!
We were switched over a few years ago when our last vet office closed with a weeks notice. I've always been treated fairly with respect and professionalism by all staff. I appreciate the same day appointments in emergent situations. You pay more for this service but it's better than taking your pet to the emergency vet in Mosinee in my opinion.
