I called for service after I tried to install a new lock on my door and accidentally locked myself out of the house. Fortunately, Midstate Lock and Safe came to my rescue and was able to unlock and install my new lock in less than 15 minutes!!!

Prompt with an appointment time. Friendly employees. Offered multiple solutions to my problen with multiple contact methods. Did not string me along for 12 days like the other guy who is "the only show in town" with still no definitive answer as to when I could expect service. Would recommend any. Day. Of. The. Week.

Working on a construction site south of Stevens Point I lost my only truck key. Not being from the area, I called numerous locksmiths and the only one that offered to help was Midstate Lock. I texted them my license and registration and they started working on a replacement key. An hour later they arrived with 4 possible keys. Fortunately for me we found my key on site while waiting for the replacement. Unfortunately, none of the 4 possible keys they made fit my Hummer. The Locksmith was Excellent and stated he would go back and try again. He apologized for the inconvenience and refunded all charges.
