Fast, friendly, professional. Went above and beyond getting a replacement key fob for a Kia Soul working. Not an easy task, due to reasons outside their control.

Had the best experience with Midstate tonight. I foolishly locked myself out of a house where I was watching a dog and cat, and completely panicked when I realized my mistake. I called Midstate, and they promptly drove out to the address ( on a freezing cold, snowy night around 8pm!! ) and got us into the house with ease.
