This area is filled with historic homes, built with some of Wisconsin’s oldest and most beautiful timber. When we bought our house, built in the late 1800s, it came with some seriously neglected wood floors.Bringing the luster back to our one-of-a-kind maple and birch shortboard would be a serious undertaking, and we weren’t sure where to begin.Fortunately, Mike with Forest Floor has been refinishing and restoring wood floors in this area for years. Mike does a wonderful job. He restored my wood floor from absolutely aweful, stained, a terrible looking floor to looking brand new. I am so happy with the results. Very hard worker, and fair price.
Really pleased with the results. Mike came by the did the work quickly and it looks great. See the picture. The dark spot is due to some damage to the underlying wood and not an issue with the refinishing.
