I visited this dental office a few years ago. I was pregnant, just moved to the state and did not have new employment established at the time. I was belittled by the staff, for being unemployed and pregnant. They did nothing for me. Three years later I now live in Florida and run my own business. I guarantee that I now make more money than anyone in this office. Have a nice day ?
I took my son here because he had a swallen face. They came in did a exam and said he had a tooth that needed to be removed and a cavity. We scheduled a appointment for the tooth to be removed 2.5 months lait I took him in and checked him in and walked outside for two minutes. Came back in at 2:40 witch that was the time his appointment started. Some time laiter my son came out. I asked him how he was doing he said not bad they just fixxed a tooth. So after being told that they would be removing the tooth they fixxed a different tooth. When asked why they said they didn't have the stuff to remove the tooth and blamed me for not being in there even though it took a screenshot...read full review
i went to call and ask for help about a certain tooth and the receptionist was very rude, i’m 20 n work in customer service and i didn’t even have an attitude while on the phone, she just sounded very condescending while i was asking questions. I was following up with what the dental hygienist and the nurse in the emergency room told me to do which was call and get a referral n she just was so rude about it.
