Everytime someone orders me a bouquet of flowers for a holiday, prairie flowers calls me the day before to see if I’m going to be home, ruining the actual surprise. Pretty flowers, but the actual gift is ruined. I’d rather learn someone got me flowers by seeing them arrive rather than receiving a phone call the day prior to coordinate if I’ll be home. We live in spring green, just deliver to the front door and let the flowers do the talking.

I stopped in during the busy Saturday of Art Fair weekend and was blown away by the warm and attentive customer service. Ruth went above and beyond to help me find a meaningful plant for a local memorial service happening that Monday—she handled my last-minute needs with such grace and care. The shop is filled with unique and beautiful gifts, and I especially loved the selection of sun and straw hats. I’ll definitely be back when I have more time to explore!
