“I have been thoroughly impressed with BW Mechanical. In this day of unanswered calls, Ben (the owner) has either picked up my calls or provided a quick return call. I have found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and runs his business with integrity. Although my initial inquiry was to get an estimate to replace my aged HVAC system, which he provided as planned, it was his handling of my current a/c unit’s subsequent failure during 90+ degree temperatures that was the jaw dropper. When I realized that my unit had failed, I immediately put in a call to Ben. He happened to be in transit north of my address in Spooner, so he swung by and 35 minutes after the initial call, had replaced the failed parts and was back on his way. Although he probably can’t repeat that type of response in every case, it showed the customer orientation that Ben maintains in his business. I plan to use Ben and BW Mechanical for my future HVAC replacement and any ongoing service needs. He’s great.”
