With the first day of contacting Rich, he was very responsive and set up my carpet cleaning and pressure washing appointment. He came out to my property on a Sunday which was the best day for me! Promptly arrived a few minutes prior to our scheduled time, very professional, great service, and my home is a much happier place! Rich showed up on time, cleaned the carpets in four rooms and one set of stairs. There were three different areas of stains some of which I tried repeatedly to clean without noticeable improvement. I did not even know with certainty what caused the stains. Rich was here for three and a half hours which was well spent. My floors and stairs are beautifully clean!
