“This review is a Long time coming, I moved into my house in Brookfield- called Batzner and got a quick appointment. The gentleman who came out to our home was on time. He was very professional and explained his goals and asked if I had any questions. He wore boot covers indoors and a mask (I asked him to because of a family member with a medical condition) He did his thing and took me around to show me what he found. Made suggestions and asked if I had any questions. Like I said- this happened over a year ago and when I see a Batzner truck drive by I think, I should call the company to tell them about my amazing service- I decided a Google review is even better.
