My business was the lucky recipient of ~3 inches of water in our finished office basement on July 10. Eric, Todd and team where awesome! I know they were dealing with a number of businesses and homes from July 10th on, but I never felt they were rushing us and took extra care to make sure the basement with machines and documents were all 'safe & sound'. The team from Servpro absolutely knows how to handle a water disaster. After our house flooded, Eric and his team started drying as soon as they stepped foot on the property. I'm sure they've seen worse but did they did not minimize what to us was a horrible situation.
