The shop has a cool, laid-back vibe, and the owner manages appointments to avoid it being jam-packed. Blindside Barber Co. is known for its attention to detail and understanding of trending teen cuts, taking the time to listen to preferences. Many customers travel long distances for their services and consider it their new go-to place, highly recommending it for a great cut and a positive experience.
Cool vibe inside, laid back and easy to talk to barbers, owner (moved here from CO where he worked at a highly regarded barber shop) manages appointments so its not jam packed inside and last, but certainly not least, the haircut and beard trim are top notch. Just found my new go to place in the neighborhood. Great way to support a small local business.
Derek offers such an inviting atmosphere. He really has a pulse on trending teen cuts. He takes the time to ask questions and listen to my teen's preferences. He was so accommodating when I was running a few minutes late to our 5:00 on a Friday appt. You know it is a top notch barbershop when we travel 45 minutes for a cut. I was running a bit late for my appt and was fully prepared to be turned away at 5pm on a Friday but Derek was very understanding. I had one of the best haircuts in years and Derek was extremely easy to talk to. I told him the cut I’ve had in the past and what I was looking for and he offered some tips to make it even better. The attention to detail was phenomenal and I will definitely be going back.
