Andy and his teammate (whose name I can’t remember) came to my house this morning to replace my tankless water heater. My old one died out of nowhere and it heated my house, so this was not a great situation. He was actually the first area plumber to answer/return my call! He was super prompt in getting me an estimate, realistic options, and worked with me on what kind of unit to get and how to make sure I could feasibly afford it. Between my roommate and I, we were able to figure out the finances, and Andy and I set up a time this week to get the unit installed. Wednesday, we had a last minute phone call where we discussed the options one last time and he told me that he would do whatever I chose, and gave me what he thought was the best option. He was super honest, it was very clear, and very kind and conscientious. Today, I got my tankless unit installed by these wonderful guys, who were not only efficient, but very kind to my pets. My annoyingly sweet and affectionate cat spent some time snoozing on her sunning mat like 6-8’ away from them! I cannot recommend Performance Plumbing enough. I grew up in a small town, then lived in a city before coming back to small town life. Small local businesses like this remind me why I missed small town living. Thank you for everything, Andy! You have celebrity status in our house!
