The doctors and nurses aren't the problem, they've been great. The problem is everytime I take a kid there I have to battle and call and come in multiple times to get them to properly bill my insurance. I'm at my witts end trying to get a bill sent to my insurance from several months ago!

I don't even know where to begin with this facility. I've dumped so much money down the drain there it's not even funny. Besides the excessively long wait times (30 mins to an hour) and the rude front desk staff (Sarah), Eydie Farrow is the absolute worst. She is the provider I have been seeing for the majority of the last 15 years, due to lack of options in the area and the inconvenience of traveling to Rice Lake (Marshfield Clinic is also bad, but that's another review). I can honestly say that this woman has never helped me with any issue I've seen her for in all these years, either minor or severe. I could actually cry to think of the years lost to medical issues that would have taken simple blood tests to diagnose and manage if she'd actually bothered to listen or do her job. To Eydie, every problem is due to allergies or some hidden mysterious infection that no one can identify or treat, according to her. She also doesn't remember anything from one visit to the next. Seriously, on follow-up visits, she asks "What can I do for you?" then gets a blank look on her face when I explain to her what we had already discussed multiple times previously. Even one week later she will not remember. If you put in a call to her, she won't return the call. If you expect a call about your lab results, you won't get it. Eydie has failed to call prescriptions into the pharmacy for me and for my family members, then argues with you about it, claiming she's done it. She also pulls the rug out from under you, promising treatment "next time" then denying that treatment the next time you come in (see above regarding selective amnesia). Wait is she waiting for??Next time just never comes, meanwhile you continue to suffer. Worst of all, she misdiagnosed *someone'*s breast cancer as a pimple, which led to a double mastectomy, subsequent nipple infection and loss of one nipple. In sum, if you have severe allergies or a mysterious infection, go see her. She'll fix you right up or string you along, respectively. For anything else more serious, it would be best to run, or you might end up in a coffin. I now drive to Minnesota for my healthcare needs and have had all my issues identified and treated for far less money, because I didn't have to go in hundreds of times and beg for help.

This has been my choice of clinic for over 10 years, however for me over the past 2 years I feel like my care has been put aside over and over again, with some very severe symptoms and problems that are out if leauge for these doctors, still I feel I have been left with my blood pressure very high for almost 2 years without treatment, even though I constantly asked about my high BP. Severe headaches, sweating and pressure, swelling extremities, told it was anxiety. Lol I know anxiety and I did get anxiety from not being able to breathe well and 155 heart rate at rest, severe sweating cold skin, but it's anxiety. It's 2 years later I had a stress test on my heart and have called several times and even in hospital asked for my results called over and over and I still haven't heard from one person. But I sure get a bill in the mail. Take me to court, your job was not done well and I do not plan to pay...went to Ingalls and Bam right on hypertension medication, now that all me veins feel ruined from my BP being 178/112, 160/105, for years!!!! Why would you not treat me for this??? I don't understand. Even if it was stress related, high blood pressure should be treated.
