Rocky the Adventure Cat's health declined after we arrived for the summer. Dr. Horak and staff took such a genuine interest in her and her well-being while we supported her through her end of life journey. Dr. Horak gave us compassionate advice to help us make the decision to euthanize dear Rocky here in the peaceful north woods. She arrived at our place and eased Rocky to her next chapter with grace and tender support, carefully explaining every step. We are grateful for her care for Rocky.
The paper quilt was made by my big, loving family to remember Rocky.
Excellent all around. We had a minor emergency with our cat and they got us in right away that day. The vet is great, the office staff helpful and friendly and the cost was less than expected. We'll be back!
Our dog ended up with a bad UTI and it was one of the few vets around that made the effort to fit her into their schedule even though we are not a client. They were extremely friendly and helpful.
