I had a concern about a small part of my roof that was replaced almost six months ago. They didn't take my money and run - they sent someone over right away and made it right. No questions asked. No gruff given.

Every single person I have interacted with at the company, from the owner to the project manager to administrative staff to the onsite workers, has been competent and kind.
