This was hands down one of the best cleaning experiences I’ve had…period. The place was absolutely spotless, but what really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail. Ramon and his team were on time, with turnover. His team was seamless in execution, communication was clear and professional, and everything was done exactly when promised! We could not be more thrilled to have found Ramon & his team at Veneclean! We have had very poor experiences previously with other cleaning services we have hired to clean our vacation rental home, so I was a bit nervous! Ramon and his crew are amazing! I recently bought an old home that smelled and needed to be deep-cleaned. Ramon met me for a walk-through consultation, asked me what I needed/wanted, and if I had any questions. I found his estimated time and pricing to be what I expected for the job and the amount/quality of work I was expecting. In the end, it took less time than Ramon thought the job would take, so he charged me less than he initially quoted. A very happy surprise that speaks volumes to the character of Ramon. He could’ve easily charged me the quoted price as I didn’t even realize they finished early but he chose to be fair and honest.
